2026 BENET REDWINGS SUMMER TENNIS CAMPS
Get ready for our 25th year of summer tennis camps-open to students from all schools. All camps are led by a team of USPTA/RSPA Tennis Professionals including Director of Tennis/Head Varsity Coach Tom Castronovo & Coach Greg Strine and supported by current high school & college players.
HIGH SCHOOL DOUBLES CAMP
The High School Doubles Camp which runs for 1 week/1 session only, will focus exclusively on competitive doubles play. Participants will develop essential skills including aggressive approach shots, effective net play, poaching, player positioning, and proven doubles strategies. There will be opportunities for competitive doubles matches daily, culminating with a Doubles Tournament on Thursday. (Mon-Thurs., Friday will be rain make-up day).
HS Doubles: Grades *9-12 6/8/26-6/11/26 9AM-11:30AM $165
BEGINNER/GRADE SCHOOL CAMPS
Perfect for beginners, near beginners and our younger players, this camp offers a positive, unique, fun and social experience that will help develop a lifelong love of the game. We provide top-notch personalized hands-on instruction that includes introduction and refinement of stroke fundamentals, as well as drills and games that help advance hand/eye coordination, timing, and speed. We will group players by ability on the courts. There will be 2 separate two-week camp sessions (Mon-Thur., Fridays will be rain make-up days).
Beginner: Grades *2-6 Session 1: 6/15-6/25 Session 2: 7/13-7/23 8AM-9AM $100 per session
INTERMEDIATE/JUNIOR HIGH-INCOMING FRESHMEN CAMPS
The intermediate camp is for players with some experience who are still refining their strokes/skills. This camp offers a positive, unique, fun and social experience that will help develop a lifelong love of the game. We will stress the fundamentals, refinement of existing strokes, and competitive strategies for the more skilled players to succeed at the high school level. We will group players by ability. We may also move exceptional junior high players into the high school camp if warranted. There will be 2 separate two-week camp sessions (Mon-Thur., Fridays will be rain make-up days).
Intermediate: Grades *7-9 Session 1: 6/15-6/25 Session 2: 7/13-7/23 11:15AM-12:45AM $165 per session
ADVANCED/HIGH SCHOOL CAMPS
This camp is for more advanced players, experienced USTA/UTR tournament players, and includes all current high school team players. All others who wish to be enrolled in this camp must have prior approval of Head Varsity Coach Castronovo. ). This camp will have dedicated competition time.
There will be 2 separate two-week camp sessions (Mon-Thur., Fridays will be rain make-up days).
Advanced/HS: Grades *10-12 Session 1: 6/15-6/25 Session 2: 7/13-7/23 9:15AM-11AM $195 per session
